Tay River Health Centre is a multidisciplinary medical facility which is home to a medical clinic with a team of 7 family doctors as well as a wide range of allied health partners. Our new, modern building, built in 2021, has a bright and spacious main atrium and ample parking for staff and visitors.

Tay River Health Centre is located just 20 minutes from the Smiths Falls site of the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital and minutes to the Perth site; centrally located between Ottawa, Brockville, and Kingston.
